Congratulations on taking the first step in your health journey! My name is Christine, and I am a NASM-certified Personal Trainer. My fitness, health, and wellness brand is simple -- when you find a healthy balance in every aspect of your existence, then you are truly living your best life imaginable. I believe that in each of us is a healthy, strong, and confident being.
Whatever your fitness goals are, I can tailor a training program for you. If you give me 100% effort, I promise I can get you where you want to be physically. I will create an incredible workout plan based on your personal gym set up as well as using all kinds of portable workout equipment, including bands, balls, and free weights. In fact, I can provide a challenging program without any equipment at all using body weight and stretching. You don’t need a gym full of exercise equipment to get the body of your dreams.
I will teach you the best exercises to build your strength using proper form to avoid injury. I will continually change up and progress your routine so you don’t get bored. A varied routine will also challenge your body in new ways that will increase your strength. Progress is always a great motivator! I will encourage you to work a little harder than you would on your own so you get the most for your exercise buck.
Through our fitness training together, you will learn how to properly engage the right muscles while increasing your stamina, strength, and flexibility.
Last, but certainly not least, I will make sure that you have fun! Workouts should always be fun and never feel like a chore.
